Don’t Suspend Belief.

This has to do with your vehicle’s suspension.  After what may seem like a minor fender-bender your car’s suspension could be adversely affected.  A car that is out-of-line can cause a myriad of problems.  You need to know when that sometimes imperceptible suspension problem is present and have it corrected.

Here are some signs that your vehicle’s suspension is failing –

1.  Your car pulls to one side.
2.  You feel every bump with more intensity.
3.  One corner is lower than another.
4.  You have difficulty controlling the steering.

Just like a problem physically with your own body the situation may need to be treated right away.  Suspension repairs can be very costly, and you need a body shop with decades of experience and all of the up-to-date materials to treat it completely and economically the first time.  The answer in Louisville and the surrounding area is the Don Embry Body Shop.  Stop that shake, rattle, and roll by calling (502) 935-1373 today.

What is Aluminum Welding?

It is a very important part of the auto body repair process in some cases.  If your auto body shop is not schooled in the art, then you had better find one that is.  Many times, a local shop will send you elsewhere for aluminum welding.  What is the point in that when you can get all of your repairs done under one roof?

The fact is, aluminum alloy is the most difficult alloy to weld.  Is it any wonder that most auto body repair shops simply don’t want to mess with it?  The first step is to clean the aluminum oxide from the surface.  Experience in this arena is an absolute must.  So, if it happens to be an integral part of the repair process ask if they can do it in-house.

One of the premier aluminum welders in the Louisville area is the Don Embry Body Shop.  Of course, not every repair job requires aluminum welding, but if you own a Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, or Ford F150 you will be glad you found us.  We have been one of Louisville’s top auto body shop for over half a century.  Call us at (502) 935-1373.
