Is it Totaled…or Not?

If you’ve been in an accident, your car may have taken a serious beating. If so, it will probably be considered totaled by your insurance company. But what does it really mean if your car is totaled, and what do you do about it? The Don Embry Body Shop of Louisville wants you to be informed.

A car is considered totaled if and when it is deemed to be a total loss after something unexpected occurs. Your insurance provider then determines your car to be totaled when the vehicle’s cost for repairs including its salvage value equates to more than the actual cash value of the vehicle itself.

The Don Embry Body Shop pledges to get you back on the roads of the Louisville area if we are given the opportunity. That was the pledge of our founder Don Embry sixty years ago and it continues to be today. For the full story please visit our website at thedonembrybodyshop.com. We will be here at 8272 Dixie Highway in Louisville if you ever need us.
